Meet the founder

Peace & Ease Concierge Services was founded by T'aira Flint, a Columbus mother and community-minded entrepreneur who understands how much lighter life can feel when someone dependable helps with the running around.

Like a lot of families, T'aira spent years juggling work, parenting, and helping older relatives keep up with the small things: an appointment to organize, a pickup nobody had time for, a phone that stopped cooperating. She kept noticing the same two gaps in her community. Independent seniors wanted friendly company and a little help staying organized, not someone treating them as though they could no longer manage their own lives. And busy adults simply needed a dependable person to handle the errands piling up on the kitchen counter.

She created Peace & Ease to fill both gaps with something straightforward: respectful companionship for independent seniors and practical errand support for people balancing family, work, caregiving responsibilities, and everyday life. Visits are planned around the member's own interests. Errands are prepaid, clearly described, and completed exactly as confirmed.

The name says what the business is for. When someone dependable takes a few things off your list, or spends an unhurried afternoon playing cards and talking with your parent, the whole week feels a little more peaceful. That is the standard T'aira holds this company to: clear communication, careful follow-through, and every customer treated with dignity.
