Hospital deliveries: what to expect

Delivery is subject to the hospital's visitor and delivery policies.
Delivery may be made to an approved entrance, information desk, family member, staff-approved location, or patient room when the facility permits.
The customer must provide accurate facility, unit, room, recipient, and contact information.
Peace & Ease cannot guarantee direct room delivery when hospital policies prohibit it.
Parking or facility-access charges may be added to the service fee.
No prescription, medication, specimen, medical-device, or controlled-product delivery is provided.

Recovering at home

Recovery Errand and Organization Support

Customized nonmedical errand and organization help for capable, independent adults while they recover. Eligible assistance may include:

Prepaid grocery, meal, and household-supply pickup
Delivery of toiletries, clothing, comfort items, and other necessities
Bringing packages or approved items between locations
Placing delivered groceries or supplies on an accessible table or counter
Light organization of delivered items
Sorting mail and packages
Organizing commonly used household supplies
Calendar and appointment organization
Coordinating approved deliveries or outside service providers
Friendly conversation and a nonmedical check-in during the scheduled visit

Request Recovery Support

Important boundaries

Recovery support is strictly nonmedical. The customer must be able to remain safely alone and independently manage personal care, mobility, meals, medications, health needs, and emergency decisions.

Peace & Ease does not provide:

Medical or postoperative monitoring
Medication reminders, handling, or pickup
Bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, or personal care
Mobility assistance, lifting, transfers, or fall prevention
Meal preparation or cooking
Transportation
Housekeeping or deep cleaning
Wound care or medical-equipment assistance
Safety supervision, respite care, or emergency response

Workplace and professional concierge support

Eligible services may include:

Prepaid catering pickup and workplace delivery
Conference and meeting meal delivery
Basic buffet or conference-table setup
Prepaid restaurant and coffee-order pickup
Office-supply pickup
Printing and pre-labeled package drop-offs
Dry-cleaning pickup or drop-off
Client-gift and employee-appreciation deliveries
Flower, bakery, and event-supply pickup
Multiple approved workplace stops
Optional post-event return cleanup

Catering pickup and setup for busy professionals

Professional Catering Pickup and Setup: $125

One prepaid catering-order pickup
Delivery to one approved office, meeting, or event location within the standard service area
Unloading the catering order
Basic buffet or conference-table arrangement
Placement of customer-provided disposable plates, napkins, utensils, labels, and serving supplies
Up to 45 minutes of setup time

Please note

Food and catering costs are not included. The customer must place and pay for the catering order directly before pickup.
The customer must provide an appropriate table, surface, access instructions, and onsite contact.
The package does not include food preparation, cooking, serving guests, event staffing, decorating, bartending, or monitoring food temperatures.
Peace & Ease does not light or monitor open flames or catering fuel.
Additional pickup locations, distance, parking, tolls, oversized orders, stairs, extended setup time, or complex setup requirements will be quoted separately.
Availability must be confirmed before the customer considers the service booked.

Optional add-on

Post-Meeting Return Cleanup: $75

One scheduled return trip to the same service location
Up to 45 minutes of light post-meeting cleanup
Clearing customer-provided disposable tableware
Bagging ordinary event trash and placing it in the customer's designated onsite receptacle
Consolidating leftover containers and unused supplies according to the customer's instructions
Light wiping of the catering setup surface

Scope of the add-on

This add-on must be requested and scheduled in advance.
The return time is subject to availability.
It does not include dishwashing, deep cleaning, janitorial service, carpet cleaning, furniture moving, hazardous cleanup, bodily-fluid cleanup, heavy lifting, or offsite trash removal.
Food serving is not included.
Additional time or work beyond the listed scope requires a separate quote.

Customers must place and pay for merchandise or food orders directly before pickup. Service prices do not include purchases, parking, tolls, or extended-distance fees.
