What we can and cannot accept
Peace & Ease provides private-pay companionship and general concierge support. We do not provide medical care, home healthcare, hands-on personal care, medication assistance, transportation of people, childcare, supervision, or emergency response, and we cannot accept referrals that depend on those services.
Please do not send protected health information
Do not submit diagnoses, medical records, medication lists, insurance information, Social Security numbers, or other protected or sensitive health information.
What happens next?
Step 1: Submit your request
Tell us what you need and your preferred schedule.
Step 2: We review the details
We confirm that the request is within our services and current service area.
Step 3: Receive final pricing
We contact you with any questions and send your Square invoice.
Step 4: Complete payment
Your appointment is confirmed after payment is received.
Step 5: Receive service confirmation
You receive the confirmed date, time, instructions, and next steps.
