Terms and Service Limitations

What we are

Peace & Ease Concierge Services is a private-pay companionship and general concierge business serving Columbus, Ohio, and nearby suburbs. We provide monthly companionship and concierge memberships for independent seniors, and prepaid errand, pickup, and delivery services for adults and families.

What we are not

We are not a medical, home-health, personal-care, transportation, childcare, housekeeping, or emergency service. We do not provide supervision and we do not take responsibility for a customer's health or safety.

Membership eligibility

Senior memberships are intended for independent adults who can safely remain alone and independently manage their mobility, personal care, meals, medications, health needs, and emergency decisions. Peace & Ease does not provide supervision, respite care, hands-on assistance, medication help, transportation, or medical services.

Services we do not provide

• Prescription or medication pickup
• Alcohol, tobacco, firearms, gift cards, or controlled products
• Shopping using a customer's credit card
• Cash handling or access to financial accounts
• Food preparation or cooking
• Childcare or child supervision
• Transportation of adults or children
• Medical or personal-care assistance
• Emergency deliveries

Scheduling

All services are by appointment. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment. We review availability, confirm details, and send an invoice. Service is scheduled once the invoice is paid. We do not offer emergency, urgent, overnight, or around-the-clock service, and we do not guarantee immediate availability.

Purchases and third parties

Customers place and pay for merchandise, grocery, and food orders directly before pickup. Our service prices do not include purchases, tickets, third-party services, parking, tolls, or extended-distance fees. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or availability of items prepared or supplied by a store, restaurant, or other third party.

Service area

Availability and travel fees depend on the requested location, distance, service type, and schedule. We confirm whether a location is within the current service area before scheduling.

Safety and access

We ask that scheduled locations be safely accessible. If a location or request is unsafe, or falls outside the services listed on this website, we may decline or end the service.
