How gift services work
- The purchaser submits the request.
- Peace & Ease reviews availability and eligibility.
- The purchaser receives an invoice.
- The service recipient must consent before any home visit or personal service is scheduled.
- Surprise deliveries are subject to facility and delivery-location policies.
- Gift services are not cash redeemable.
- Purchases and merchandise are separate from the Peace & Ease service fee.
- Cancellation rules remain subject to the published Cancellation and Refund Policy.
